back in the bible days they rode animals or walked....now days there are motor vehicles and such, but we need to try taking a walk more it is good for the body, but also give ya much needed time for the spirit..
as important as the
is we all need to keep our spiritual body filled. walking is good exersize and can either allow good fellowship or good one on one time with God.
ok not really news but a good reminder |

| You know, the walk we have with Jesus maybe should be more physical at times, as we are all becoming couch potatoes on the Internet! I agree. Agreed also that back then people were not as overweight as now, or seemingly as unhealthy. They lived a long time back then as well. They had grape juice, and wine, meats, bread ... their diet was very very simple. They used a very basic olive oil that is tough to get today with the same good properties as well and used it on everything. |

I just got on the scale and noticed that I've NEVER weighed this much EVER.
I've recently started walking....
Given that I NOW know how much I weigh...I also need to think about what I'm putting in my mouth.
I have one of the those steps counters, I made 8000 steps on day 1 and yesterday it was 9000...totday I'm hoping for 10,000. _________________ Earthly riches are when you can afford to buy everyone at a conference lunch.
